Pros
One of the good things working within this Company is that the hours are flexible and they don't really micromanage you.
Cons
The bad thing about this Company is not getting a good raise, no matter how hard you work there and how much you go above and beyond you still won't get a good raise. I was employed there over 2 years and the raises I got we're unbelieveable! The funny thing is that this Company brags about how much money they make through out the year and how they contribute and donate to all these companies and have the Employees sitting there like where is my portion?? I guess they want for you to reach every value they have listed in order to get a good raise. The way I worked there and the things I did for them and the raises they gave me we're pitty. So much for almost a trillion dollar company right.
