Homes can be nice with a good staff atmosphere

Management have a gener policy of covering up issues and throwing the manager under the bus. From personal experience and heard from others how homes had issues and had been reported to safegaurding and CQC. Management stepped in and seemed to forget dealing with the issues and jkust blame the manager subjecting them to disciplinary procedure (leading to being fired). Then generally going about discrediting them at every opportunity. This happened to care staff, nursing staff and manager just whoever was in the firing line. Upper mangement did not seem interseted in resolving any issues or supporting staff in any way. Just let them get on with it and if there where any issues just find a scapegoat and throw then straight under the bus.
