Pros

Free Parking, Free Uniform.

Cons

I was delighted when I was offered as job here, working in a five star hotel how fab could that be. How wrong was I. The pay is minimum wage and all the contracts are part time. You will only get your weeks rota a day before so trying to plan your life is almost impossible. You are expected to go above and beyond in terms of work, you will get 30 mins for lunch and only one 10 min break but only if you work more than four hours. You are expected to flog your guts out for this company and they bleed you dry. Yes you get free parking, and a free uniform, the uniform I had to wear was embarrassing from a female point of view, very low cut dress, made of polyester it was embarrassing as other people could see right down my cleavage, of course the management took no notice of the way female employees complained, HR marched into the office one day and told us all if you dont like it leave, I have another 150 cvs in my office for people looking for jobs, so unprofessional it was unreal. You do get free food but only if you work a certain amount of hours, and the food is mostly awful. You can always tell if a company is poor by the way they constantly advertise for people and the Monart is no different, they are always looking for spa therapists, porters, reservations ask yourself why?
