My experience with this organization was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the CTO’s leadership style and the toxic work culture. There is no sense of job security — you genuinely never know when it might be your last working day. Terminations can happen abruptly, often without transparent evaluation or fair process, creating a constant atmosphere of fear.
The CTO’s approach to leadership is deeply problematic. Technical discussions are not collaborative; if your answer differs from his expectation, it is dismissed rather than discussed. Alternative viewpoints are not welcomed. Unprofessional and abusive language has been used on the work floor (Lafoot, Sannasulu, etc), which is unacceptable in any professional environment. There is also visible favoritism — feedback from a close circle appears to carry disproportionate weight, and serious decisions, including termination, can follow without balanced verification.
Office timings were changed from 9:30 AM–6:30 PM to 8:00 AM simply because the CTO arrives to office at that time. The change was implemented without meaningful consultation. Weekend work is frequently expected without prior notice, and employees should not expect compensatory off days or additional pay. Work-life balance is not respected.
The company lacks a consistent long-term vision. Strategic direction changes frequently, making it difficult for teams to align or execute effectively. Planning becomes nearly impossible when priorities shift so often.
Salaries are credited on the 6th of every month — employees should not expect earlier disbursement.
You may also notice multiple 5-star reviews appearing immediately after negative ones. Employees are sometimes enfored to submit 5-star reviews, which raises questions about how organically feedback is shared.
