Run! I would give this company no stars if I could. If you have any experience on your resume get out. You will never see micromanagement like you see here. I was told I wouldn't make any cold calls, "they were all warm" then making 100+ cold calls a day 30 before 8:30am (don't tell you this) all cold calls. Every 2 hours updates are sent out to the company. If you get in early, they do not care, you have to stay after 530 or else you will be "talked to". Manger gets there at 820 at the earliest. Then asks you why you didn't make enough calls. New Person started a week after me they got in at 630 and asked, how did they just make 30 calls they got here 20 minutes ago. FAKE CALLS! They have hired 4 ad's in the last 3 months everyone has quit/fired because it's the worst place anyone has ever worked. I wish someone told me to not work here before I started. They fired the manager that hired me one week into my training. I thought I was bad with her in charge but it got much worse. Place is a joke and everyone should get out! EVERYONE TALKS HORRIBLY ABOUT YHE OFFICE, not a good first impression! No upward mobility. If you want to work in a silent office, literally silent, no one talks but somehow they make 120+ calls, FAKE CALLS, they just do it to get on top of the dashboard. I hated being there because of the lies. I really hope this is helpful and you will never consider working at this horrible place. Tell you unlimited vacations - lies (will decline time off) Work 12-15 hour days Pay you for 8 so, 4-7 hours a day are unpaid. This is illegal and criminal. Pay your employees for their time. GET OUT! I feel bad for the people who are just starting because they don't know any different! If they pay you less than 45k base they lied to you about what others are making.
