Catty girls, terrible company culture, unsupportive and demotivating leadership from the arrogant and abrasive President down to the hostile and unhappy managers. The teams are made up of young, inexperienced recent graduates who just follow along thinking this is how a working environment should be. I would never hire anyone from Mondo. Obscene goals, terrible client and candidate management and a miserable experience overall. They are going to sell you on the Addison Group pitch but when you get there, it will be the classic start-up environment. Don't be fooled!
