Pros
None. I worked at Mondo for 6 long years, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. The toxic, unethical, and backward practices permeate every aspect of this joke of a company. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because I worked my butt off to make good money, but I interviewed constantly. The thought of leaving the company was the only thing keeping me sane.
Cons
Management micromanages your every move. They resort to bullying tactics to manipulate employees, treating you like a pawn rather than a valued team member. Management uses the same cheesy “talk tracks” on their employees as they do their clients – and it’s so easy to see right through it. Only those who kiss up receive an ounce of respect, but even that can be fleeting. Have an off month, and you’ll find yourself on the receiving end of their mistreatment. As if their oppressive management style wasn’t enough, the ability to take time off is proactively non-existent, leaving employees burnt out and demoralized. Unless you enjoy being belittled, micromanaged, and treated as an expendable commodity, steer clear of Mondo at all costs. It might seem like an easy way to get your foot in the door with staffing, considering they usually only hire fresh grads or people with no experience because they aren’t willing to pay high salaries but go elsewhere. They might sell you the dream with uncapped commission, but it is not worth your mental health.
