Pros
I hated working here, although there are some kind people in senior positions who do their best to make the company a bit better. There are pockets where it's alright.
Cons
The 2023 graduate cohort is almost all gone, and the 2024 cohort, 4 are still there out of 12. Everyone else has left or been sacked. Tells you a lot about what it's like working there.
The culture is just really nasty. It stinks of old money, entitlement, and there are too many over-inflated egos. The level of creepiness from seniors on grads is hideous and no-one seems to care.
Aside from the questionable personalities and poor ethics, the job is inherently just sitting at a desk scrolling linkedin and repeating a script to people on the phone. All day, every day. hours are 8am - 7pm. For grads, pay is 35k for first 16 months then they promote roughly 50% of the people who have the pain tolerance to still be there then.
