On top of Islington subway station (easy to get to). While morale is very low co-workers keep each other propped up as we lean on each other for support.
Cons
Today was the 2nd Annual IB Sales and IBLR Employee Appreciation Day, which is just putting lipstick on a department (IB Sales) that is in dire need of an overhaul. The recent TD fiasco where TD workers came forward with unethical selling practices they had to participate in to make their sales quotas happens at Moneris. Throughout the IB Sales Centre unethical selling is the norm otherwise you will not make your target. The merchant's best interest is the last thing management cares about. Morale is low which HR ignores and now shows like today's have become the norm so upper management thinks everything is ok. Turnover is at an all time high and yet nobody in the C-Suites questions this.
