Pros

Working with B2B directly. Your assigned customer care cordinator is very helpful and is about the only person on the corporate end that actually cares.

Cons

1) Boaching-It seems to be common practice throughout the entire Money Mailer system and the veteran frachisees are the most egregious at it. (Well thats not 100% accurate. There are some frachisees that seem to truly care but that is slim to known) 2) Bait & Switch-When purchasing a franchise they sell you all the bells and whistles and deceive you about the amount it takes to start a franchise. Charge between 50K-75K to purchase a franchise and tell you that you only need 25K for start up and overhead. Paint a picture like you will be printing money days after you train. A real estimate of what it takes to purchase a franchise is 200k plus and you need a small staff. The veteran franchisees were able to do it as a one man or women show 10 to 20 years ago because they only mailed 5 times a year and not the mandated 12 times a year.

Pros

The leadership truly cares, the team is supportive, and the work we do makes a real difference for local businesses. I’m proud to be part of a company that values growth, creativity, and community impact.

Cons

Fast-paced deadlines – Mailing schedules and client demands can create a high-paced work environment. Independent work style – Many roles require a high degree of self-motivation and time management, as they are often field-based or remote.
