Nice outdoor space, flexibility with my schedule.

Breaching allergy protocol, manager talking poorly about children in front of their face, manager talking poorly about staff, meetings are spent complaining about kids and parents, staff rarely engage with children which obviously leads to increased behaviors. Staff seems completely uneducated in true relationships with children.
