Pros
- Good people ( not management) & you can still work remotely
Cons
-The company is merging with several others, and the situation has become chaotic. Instead of improving, things are getting worse. Wages haven’t been raised in over two years, with the excuse that targets aren’t being met—despite the fact that these targets are often set without proper support or resources. I’ve seen client partners inflate numbers just to make them look acceptable, even though they know those targets are unrealistic and won’t be met. -There’s no clear direction, and little consideration is given to employees’ long-term well-being. -Changes are being implemented too aggressively and within very short timeframes. -There have been frequent and significant layoffs lately. - No career opportunities
