Pros

Free Monster, if you're into that. Nice office. Clear strategic vision from management.

Cons

Benefits are un-competitive and bordering non existent. It feels like going back 20 years. Office is in the middle of nowhere. No London presence. No flexible working at all as standard - you are expected to be chained to your desk (a formal request is required if you want to work any times other than 9-6! - not approved). There is no real trust or flexibility. Long hours, low pay, poor maternity/paternity policies, painful processes, no real investment in employee wellbeing, on-site food is generally unhealthy and more expensive than the supermarket next door. Low trust in management to drive change. Bonus was much lower than as advertised by recruiter. Simply, they have not kept up with the marketplace and there seems to be no appetite within management to change. If you are interested in the industry, consider their competitors for a better work/life balance.

Pros

Monster's culture is fast paced, and the people here are great!

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited if you are not in CA. Pay is also below average, but they do offer free healthcare.
