Pros
Leadership is visionary and encourages creative input, taking charge and executing without micro managing. Appreciates the value of the people they hire and lets them do their job with latitude and accountability. They believe in fun, company lunches, and giving kudos regularly to those who earn it. Because they follow a prescribed method of meetings and communication, you always know what's expected and a voice at every meeting. Well run organization, even with the growing pains. Egos do not get in the way when giving feedback to management, they are open and grateful for suggestions, and often take them if it makes the company better. No one cares if you're 10 minutes late to work or have to leave early, there are no clock watchers here. They care if you have the grit to get it done, do a good job, are happy and productive, and contribute to the betterment of the organization.
Cons
It's hard to find anything to complain about at this point. I think there is always room for improvement and everyone there would admit that. It's a great place to work overall.
