I'd be keen to get more detail from you re the separate Senior & Sales.
We've tried to get better at communication this year, you'll have seen some of the efforts we've made. That said there's always room to improve and we know we've a way to go to get it right. If you've any idea, I'd love grab a virtual coffee and hear what you think.
