Pros
What I'm supposed to say here is that the culture is amazing! Unlimited vacation time, snacks in the kitch, a foosball table.... But the truth is: these are all superficial attempts to make people feel like Monumetric is a great place to work. In reality, the executive team will tell you just about anything to appease concerns you bring to them and, while they claim you have flexibility and autonomy, the truth is the whole company is micromanaged by 5 or 6 people. And not well, I might add.
Cons
This company is simply far too young. Too young in the industry. Hiring talent that is too young and inexperienced. Run by executives that are too young in life and in their career. This leads to painful management, bro culture, office drama, rumors/gossip, and a very unhealthy culture all masked by kitchen snacks and a game room. I genuinely hope this company can save itself, but in all honesty, the future looks extremely bleak.
