I think a lot of reviews online are written by people who had a negative experience, so I wanted to share my honest perspective. My experience working at Mood Fabrics has been very positive.
Working closely with the CEO has been a great opportunity. He is a strong leader who encourages everyone to keep learning and improving. He pushes you to grow professionally, but also takes the time to teach and guide you when needed. That kind of leadership has helped me develop a lot in my career.
When I first started, I was in a different role with a smaller scope. Over time, I was able to grow into a new position that I really enjoy. That kind of opportunity to grow within the company is something I really appreciate.
There are also a lot of small things that make the environment enjoyable. The facility is new and clean, the team works well together and people are willing to help each other, and leadership recognizes the effort employees put into their work. Time off is handled well when requested, and overall there is a good work-life balance.
And of course, Monday bagels are always a nice bonus.
Overall, I feel valued and motivated to keep improving every day.

Personally, I haven't experienced any major downsides. Like any workplace, there are expectations and accountability, but that’s part of maintaining a productive environment.
