In order to be competitive on costs with rivals the company is gradually decreasing wages by giving annual adjustments that are smaller than the cost of living. They are also gradually increasing the employee contribution to medical benefits so it aligns with the industry standard.
Sadly, the company is turning "woke" and is pushing many of the extreme left agendas. It was much better when the company focused solely on making a superior product instead of trying to appease the relatively small group of ultra liberals, at the expense of turning off so many of its loyal employees.
Lastly, far too many promotions are awarded to relatives (many of high-level managers) or favorites, rather than the most qualified candidate.
