      Good culture where everyone chips in to get solve problems and get the work done. Technical work with minimal departmental silos. Competitive compensation with great benefits to boot. Those who go the extra mile are acknowledged AND compensated.

      Cons

      Poor contracts leadership results in unrealistic commitments.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
