Changing atmosphere - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Moore Center Services Employee Review

Like a lot of non profit organizations in the past 10 years. A true division between senior management and others in the organization with layers of bureaucracy and compensation packages. More of a for profit then a nonprofit organization. Causing a higher then normal turnover in hourly staff which causes inconsistent levels with individual clients.
