Pros

Moore has some great clients doing important work across the country and the world. Industry leader. Has some great people.

Cons

Was told in interviews that this company is a place with excellent work-life balance, but it couldn't be further from the truth. Leadership says not to worry that things will improve, but they refuse to take action and hire more people. The company is lopsided where some departments are overstaffed, but the creative department is left to suffer. Also, other departments hold too much sway over creative, mucking up schedules and causing creatives to work a lot of overtime (with no compensation or bonuses). Assigned to too many projects where you cannot do your best work because you're scrambling to get all your work completed. No pushback on unreasonable client demands. Not relying on the expertise of creatives with many years in the business and deferring to account people who have no real knowledge of good design.
