Pros
Free Coffee? Probably can negotiate a higher salary but even then they'll try and make you feel like it's impossible Actually I forget you get benefits if you're Brazilian!
Cons
No Career Progression Clear Social Hierarchy Horrible Office Location Undervalued Staff Processes that don't make sense Maternity is basically non-existent Virtually no benefits Very old fashioned and dated culture in the office - just don't bother applying to work here To even begin with where the cons of this company start is immeasurable but I've tried to summarize as best I can. Firstly, starting at the company they will flat out lie to you about what your job role will be. It's understandable having a little embellishment but I don't think anyone is really doing what their job title alludes they should be doing or what they were told in interviews. They will literally employ anyone. People come and go here like hotcakes and their vacancies do not get filled for months. You are probably most definitely going to be over worked whichever department you're in and understaffed too. The whole company just seems to function on trying to pass work from each other as much as possible and take credit as much as possible. They throw money at the most ridiculous of things but fight so hard against pay rises for anyone- interns or students walk around clearly bored with no work to do but are still getting paid.
