Pros

I’ve been working at Moptra Tech for over 3 years as a Technical Architect, and the journey has been fantastic. The company has provided me with multiple exciting opportunities to work on large-scale US and UK-based e-commerce projects, primarily in the HCL Commerce (B2B and B2C) domain. Moptra is a great place for anyone who loves innovation and wants to work on challenging and modern technologies. It’s particularly a strong platform for freshers and mid-level engineers to upskill in highly in-demand e-commerce platforms like HCL Commerce, SFCC, Shopify, and more. The work culture is collaborative, and the leadership team is supportive. One of the standout benefits is the flexible work options, including work from home and hybrid modes, which make it easier to maintain a work-life balance.

Cons

Nothing significant so far. Like any growing company, there can be occasional process changes, but they are usually aimed at improving efficiency.

Pros

Pros: • You get "training"—mostly YouTube videos. • You'll learn something: how toxic a workplace can be. • 2–3 decent leaders, buried under 95% who shouldn’t lead.

Cons

• Fake Training & Irrelevant Work: After basic video lessons, you're thrown into unrelated work. Speak up? Get mocked. • No Career Path—Only Regret: I joined to grow, but they made sure I regretted it. • Humiliation Culture: Questions = attacks. Blame games and insults are the norm. • Clueless Leadership: Leads vanish during issues and dump their work on juniors. • Project Collapse: Worked on a failing project, then shoved into a third-party support role. No choice, no discussion. • Unethical Practices: Forced to work using someone else’s identity for US clients—completely illegal. • Exploitive Salary: ₹13K/month for software development. • Zero HR Support: HR’s answer to everything? “Ask the CEO.” • Delayed Appraisals: Months of silence with no clarity. • Leave Rejections: Taking paid leave feels like applying for a visa. • Favoritism & Bias: Referral hires get red carpet, others get ignored. • Lala Company Vibes: Ego, politics, and zero ethics run the show.

Pros

Working at Moptra Infotech has been a truly rewarding experience. From day one, the company fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. As a professional in the tech industry, I have had the privilege to work alongside some of the most talented individuals in the fields of Salesforce Commerce, React, and cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. Moptra's commitment to employee growth is evident through the numerous opportunities for upskilling and leadership development. The management is approachable, always open to new ideas, and genuinely invested in both the personal and professional growth of every team member. The company culture emphasizes work-life balance, and the leadership ensures that every employee feels valued and supported. What I particularly appreciate about Moptra Infotech is the emphasis on innovation. Employees are encouraged to push boundaries and explore creative solutions, which leads to a fulfilling work experience. The projects are challenging, yet rewarding, and there’s always a sense of accomplishment when delivering high-quality solutions for clients. Moptra Infotech is a fantastic place to build a career, and I am grateful to be part of such an inspiring and forward-thinking team. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented workplace!

Cons

High work demands during peak periods can lead to longer working hours. Although management is generally supportive, meeting tight deadlines during these times can be stressful.
