      The benefits are pretty good with Moran.

      Cons

      No advancement in lower or mid level managerment. What ever position you start at pretty much depend on that's where your stay.

      Pros

      Working for Moran on the mine boat was a very fun part time job. Allowed me to learn a lot, and work with people from all over the world. Miss this job every day.

      Late hours, fluctuating schedule. Have to be on call
