Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's good to hear that you are happy with our benefits and flexibility, as well as the progression opportunities. We love seeing our colleagues grow and build their carers with us. Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our roles not all are able to be performed on a hybrid basis, and this is why we work as hard as we do to make our working environments enjoyable for all. We take all recommendations seriously and we will share your advice with the leadership team Thanks again for your review. Key Group

Pros

More2Life Ltd has a great work culture with interesting and varied tasks that I genuinely enjoyed. I was with the company back in 2014 when it was just starting out, and it’s impressive how much they have grown since then. The company is involved in meaningful charity work, and the CEO, Simon Thompson, comes across as a genuinely forward-thinking and inclusive leader. It’s unfortunate that some HR practices do not seem to align with this vision.

Cons

During my time at More2Life Ltd, I experienced a clear refusal by the company’s HR to comply with the Equality Act 2010. Despite suffering from undiagnosed autism burnout, I found their approach dismissive and lacking in any meaningful support or reasonable adjustments. This failure to meet legal obligations created an unsupportive and challenging work environment. I strongly advise anyone with mental health conditions or neurodivergence to carefully consider whether this employer can meet their needs. I hope the company urgently reviews its policies and culture to ensure compliance with equality legislation and foster a truly inclusive workplace.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your review and for acknowledging the positive aspects of working at More2Life, including our culture, charity work, and leadership. We are proud of the environment we provide for all colleagues. We take all comments seriously, particularly those relating to equality, diversity, and inclusion. While we cannot comment on individual circumstances in a public forum, we would like to clarify that the HR team does not make the final decision on flexible working requests. Such decisions are made by the relevant business area, based on operational requirements, and in line with legislation. Our HR department is committed to fair, lawful, and supportive practices, and is fully compliant with the Equality Act 2010 and all employment laws. Thanks again for your thoughts Key Group
