Not at all good place to work lot of politics takes place. Target oriented job keeps pressuring the consultant to complete target. 150 mins of calling duration compulsory everyday if not done then marked as half day... So many restrictions like have lunch quick don't use mobile break for more than 15mins because 30mins break time is allotted. So 15 mins lunch time 15 mins mobile break.. Consultant are not allowed to talk with each other if we do then our sitting arrangements are changed.. As if we are in school.. One of the biggest cons is the client which comes to a consultant she counsel him convince him for the Visa.. but that client is taken away by the manager why? Bcuz the consultant that had explained and convinced the client was on leave for few days.. That's how her hard work is taken by other... There are lots lots of cons working in More Visas Pune specially..!!!

i have always wanted to write some thing when i was leaving but now i got a chance so here i go hurray, great company great people
