Pros
Decent work environment. Benefits are on par with most Silicon Valley law office of comparable size. In general the litigation partners were fair and friendly.
Cons
Unless you're an attorney the chain of command is disorganized and confusing. Like most law offices it was difficult to break out of your specific occupation and get a diversity of assignments.
