Pros
There is nothing nice about working at Morgan anymore. The place is a blackhole with absolutely no sunshine.
Cons
Management is brutal and doesn’t care about the employees below Chief. All the talk about a great culture, Wellness and life balance is a fine layer of polish on the surface and applies only to lawyers and not the staff. If you don’t have a JD, you aren’t worth two cents and management considers you replaceable with “anyone off the street.” Salaries are a joke and well below market. If you work at Morgan, get out while you can. If you don’t work there, don’t consider it for a second. Run!!
