      Pros

      Good people, nice atmosphere. Great office location and easy to get to. Some excellent partners, particularly in finance, structured finance and funds.

      Cons

      Salary not very competitive for a firm of this size. Some of the work is pretty 'out there' and quite unorthodox. Some poor partners just hanging on until retirement.

      Work always ended at 5. Only a handful of times did I have to stay late.

      Cons

      Some of the partners/secretaries could be hard to deal with. There's an ego dynamic which is annoying to deal with.
