Don’t know if she is still there but Pemba the manager, she is the only pro. So nice and sweet.

Owner changes sales associates like they are changing socks, every few weeks there is a new job post for the same role. Get ready to be blamed for not selling enough even though the whole day only 2 people enter the store. Owner remakes the same old designs in slightly new colors or new fabrics and gets surprised when people don’t buy the same item for the 30th time. Don’t worry it’s not her old designs your not selling enough. Prepared to get blamed by the owner for that. Get ready to be paid minimum wage with 1% commission, 0 benefits, 0 paid vacation or come in when there is a snowstorm even though no one is coming through the doors. They only want you if you are slim and model like.
