As a rapidly growing company, employees tend to wear a lot of different hats. If you are looking for a siloed role, this company might not be the best fit.

It presents an opportunity to gain exposure across multiple disciplines as you'll work with people in various departments on a routine basis. You will not operate in a silo and will be encouraged to learn about all of the ins and outs of the commercial real estate business. Your leaders and peers will drop what they're doing at any time to teach you concepts, skills, programs, etc..
