Pros
Honestly the best working environment I've experienced so far (across various countries) and fields.
The best team of coworkers one can wish for.
Amazing offices across 4 cities, which you can use pretty much up to your liking, even for private events
Cons
Sometimes (sometimes more often) blurry communication across the company,
stating clear visions with uncertain paths which discourage many,
the top management want to listen but they are not always hearing what folks are saying,
its mostly folks who are behind gatherings and informal meetings (pity top management is not more interested - due to their lack of time).
Sometimes it's hard to explain your pains to the top management as they are trying to coop with need of growing company, but at this size it might seem they've reach their skills limit and best thing they can do is to hire a new CEO who knows how to expand and grow company of this size to bigger one. Someone who's more active, people oriented and who will be seen. Constantly.
