Pros
Morphe has provided a super fun team to work with! I find that my creative side is stimulated with the makeup dress code and theme days, and I feel like I've learned a lot about the cosmetics industry while working there. Managers and corporate workers are all very nice and it's an incredibly welcoming space where we have a lot of fun.
Cons
Growth within the company can be tedious, and most positions are part-time. Given the hour restrictions within the part-time positions, it is difficult and near impossible to have this as your only job.
