Pros
An innovative and growing, albeit trendy, beauty brand.
Cons
Very top heavy -- meaning, there's not enough actual workers to get the job done proficiently. Lots of poorly executed product launches, resulting in erosion of consumer confidence. Forma promises exciting growth opportunities by selling potential employees on expansion and amplification of existing business strategies, but in the end falls seriously short in execution. Leadership expectations are unrealistic, further eroding employee confidence and ability to do work for which they can be proud. Right now they are in a buying frenzy, acquiring new brands just for the sake of having a new product line -- regardless of efficacy, quality or performance. Finally, what are the company values? Supporting LGBQT is great and all, and more companies should be an ally to this community, but what does the company really stand for?
