      Pros

      Great pay, family-like environment with associates, flexibility for part-timers and potential to pick up hours if need be.

      Cons

      You are constantly being watched and told you're doing wrong. The senior director and MOST other management only speak to you when it looks good on them, and give you nasty, degrading looks on all other occasions. Their disciplinary methods are inconsistent, authoritarian, and harsh. They do not tolerate mistakes and if you mess up, they don't care to help you get better, only threaten you. Working here may make you feel disposable and unappreciated. Management holds grudges on you when you don't do what you want them to do and remove your hours or give you inconvenient hours. They do it so they maliciously establish dominance over you, but not illegaly.

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
