      Pros

      Provide tasty and healthy food options for patients. Provide opportunities for growth and experience. Have introduced me to a variety of different positions and services.

      Cons

      Understaffed Staff that does show up and does go above and beyond treated poorly and held accountable for the jobs of those that do not show up or do not do their job. No structure or accountability Very chaotic and confusing, Job title is very nondescript/inaccurate and subject to change frequently.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
