Pros

- Compensation programs (I was able to get 6 free sessions of therapy for anxiety/depression through Health Advocate EAP) - Managerial support (when clinics at the facility have unrealistic expectations (i.e. being on-call without pay) management for Morrison has been able to step in) - Clinical latter (allows for room for advancement in your career, including compensation) - Annual salary increases based on performance - Ability to transfer roles within the company

Cons

- Compensation (the 6 sessions with Health Advocate EAP could not be renewed since I did not have any "life changing events") - Poor health insurance (I have worked at other facilities in the past as a healthcare provider and the healthcare insurance benefits were sustainably better. Plans offered are deductible based.) - Requirements for Morrison specifically (If you already have a heavy workload, the mandatory tasks required by the company seem like a lot and definitely add to workload. This includes peer-reviews, intensive monthly productivity required learnings) - Clinical latter (this does have a cap so those already at a level 4 feel as though there is no room for advancement)

Pros

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

Cons

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
