Great experience and interaction with minors. There is the opportunity to observe and learn the various temperaments of the youth that helps understand the adolescent development period.

There are no opportunities to advance into a career, the required skills and the development of skills are low. As such the work can become repetitive and with no challenges except the lack of organization.
