Pros
Very flexible boss and great people to work with. Get to meet a lot really nice people. Great location. Get to test drive many different kinds of vehicles.
Cons
Workplace is dirty. There is no air conditioning in the building, heat in the winter is minimal. Roof leaks as well, so you have to watch where you walk through the building when it rains or the snow melts.
