Pros

I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers at this hospital. They were very nice to me right out of college and I felt needed and depended on.

Cons

I know I came here out of college but the pay is really low; however, I hear this hospital pays well for experianced workers. Management is frusrating. Every time I go to them for significant issues that need to be addressed nothing is done to fix it. Nurses are very rude on the phone, it's extremely unprofessional! Moral is low since improvements to the hospital are nonexistant. There are so many holes in the schedual, and no where near enough staff to fill it all, because of this the staff is over worked and stressed. This problem is hospital wide.

Pros

The psychiatry department has five different divisions, including psychiatric emergency services and ECT. That allows for a well balanced clinical experience and schedule flexibility.

Cons

Small group of full-time employees in the department; it would help having more full-time Psychiatrists.

Pros

Nothing good to say really

Cons

If you’re not part of their cliques they exclude you. The CEO Heidi has no back bone and allows the CNO Krystal and her friends to make decisions as they only hire friends and let go of good hard working employees. Bad pay. High benefits rates for management team. Doctors get away with harmful actions ALL the time and since the leadership don't want to upset the doctors they let it go. Incident reports result in nothing...just a waste of time to the employee who's having to fill it out.
