The rules and regulations are same with Taiwanese people. My coworkers are nice,and also my Taiwanese People are friendly. It's was nice to work on night shift schedule.

it gives me challenge when I don't have enough sleep or sometimes I'm not feeling well but I need to go to work. 🙂

People there are friendly. A good place to learn a lot of semiconductor industry knowledge.

Salary in recent years are not good. There were some reorganizations after financial crisis.
