Routine, cubicle work, keeps busy

Sometimes out of state title work is confusing.

Working in the IT and digital marketing department was a fantastic gig. The immediate management/bosses were more like friends and you could talk to them about anything. The schedule (work/life balance) was also great. M-F 8-5 typically. Off on weekends. The job itself was enjoyable, being outside is mostly nice unless weather is bad. I loved experiencing all the different vehicles.

No structured raises No real opportunity for advancement unless you moved to another department. The pay was decent, but not great. My biggest qualm with the job was definitely the fact that only certain employees, which seemed to be selected randomly, were eligible for bonus pay incentive programs. This program should have been for the photographers, or at least included them, since it was in our realm of work. There were certain people bringing home what I made in a month with just their bonus pay, not counting their base salary. When I asked if I could partake in this program I was told simply that I needed to “focus on my job”.
