Great people. Good team that makes your days at work enjoyable. Management is more than reasonable when it comes to understanding your personal needs (family, personal goals, etc) and supports employees to make them feel like family. Awesome benefits and perks.

If you are someone that likes to get a list of daily tasks from your boss every morning (micro-management) instead of the liberty and opportunity to be self-driven on a daily basis, Moshi might not be the best company for you.
