They've started like 2 other companies within this company and it's turned into a shih tzu show. No job training for these companies., we were just told to go do it. It was embarrassing.
Unless I have misunderstood. Our call center which is privately owned costs the company a lot of money (unless I misunderstood how much it costs, but from the number I heard, it's a lot). It'd be more efficient and cheaper to have call center staff in each branch. and pay your employees what they're worth. Instead of hiring your buddy's company to run a call center.
