A Warning to Users of This Platform: This betting platform is manipulated. They can cancel your bets without any explanation. When we raised this issue, we were told, "It’s none of our business," and instructed to deliver this answer to users as it is.

Cons

I worked for this company for a year as a customer support representative in the Arabic market. Throughout this time, my team and I dedicated ourselves to ensuring the best possible service, and our performance consistently ranked among the top in the company. However, instead of recognition, we faced increasing challenges, including sudden changes in policies that negatively impacted our workflow. One major issue was the company’s handling of payments. Many customers reported deposit and withdrawal problems, and despite repeatedly raising these concerns with management, no effective solutions were provided. This led to daily frustration for both customers and support staff. Additionally, compensation for employees was a concern. We initially earned $2 per hour for 12-hour shifts, but this was later reduced to $1.90. When we respectfully requested a modest raise to $3 per hour, our entire team was dismissed without receiving our final payments. I am sharing this experience to provide insight into the company’s working conditions and customer service challenges. I encourage anyone considering working with or using this company’s services to conduct thorough research beforehand.
