I have been working at Motion2AI for just under a year and have had an incredibly positive experience. The company culture is fantastic, and management truly cares about the well-being and growth of their employees. One of the things I appreciate most about Motion2AI is the emphasis on work-life balance. While we are expected to work hard and produce quality work, management understands the importance of taking breaks and recharging to avoid burnout. The team at Motion2AI is also incredibly collaborative and supportive. I feel like I can always reach out to my colleagues for help or advice, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand. In terms of benefits, Motion2AI offers great pay and perks, a generous PTO policy, comprehensive health insurance, stock options, etc. Overall, I feel very lucky to work for such a wonderful company. Startup funding rounds can be tough. There have been layoffs but understandably so because of previous management overhiring.
