CEO micro managed and ran the company into the ground. CEO did not allow department heads to make their own decisions. Employee attrition was at a high due to CEO's aggressive behavior and lack of focus with absolutely NO personal skills and no care for human beings. No board to report to. Being a Mark Cuban Company negative issues were not addressed and a blind cheek was turned. Leaving some vey high profile accounts hanging in the wind. The shut down cam out of nowhere, form one week telling clients the state of the business is healthy and well...to two weeks later notifying them that the company is closing its doors and selling assets.
