      - Stable and safe work environment - Relatively flexible work hours for analysts and managers

      Cons

      - Lack of proper career planning - Career progression based more on being part of the right cliques then on meritocracy - Niche field and non-standard job titles difficult switch to other companies/industries

      Great employees generally friendly invironment

      Cons

      Management was awful. Towards the end it was pretty obvious they didn’t want to be there either.
