Pros
Large facility/operation, plenty of support resources, a lot of learning opportunities, 9/80 schedule, good people, large parent company, compensation in line with industry norm range
Cons
Recruiting is focused mainly around 1 university so not too diverse in that regard. Not much interface with parent company Saudi Aramco. WFH not encouraged at all (other operators have added some flexibility here post Covid). Sometimes long hours/weekend work required by salary folks during unit upsets.
