      Pros

      It is a challenging environment with many growth opportunities. Get to work with great employees and world-renowned Clients and freedom to make decisions and make an impact.

      Cons

      There is a lot of rapid growth, and with that, comes growing pains over the past couple years. There has been quite a bit of turnover recently, and change is never comfortable.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
